Heated Bamboo, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, Relaxation Massage, Prenatal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy

Michelle is a graduate of Fleming College’s massage therapy program, as well as a graduate of the Health, Wellness and Fitness program at Mohawk College.

She is experienced with traditional Swedish massage, and uses techniques such as myofascial release, passive stretching and rhythmic joint mobilizations to reduce pain, increase range of motion and promote relaxation. She is skilled at providing stress-relieving massage to treat headaches, migraines, chronic tension and pain, as well as injuries at any stage.

Michelle enjoys providing prenatal and postnatal massage, as well as treating children. She has worked with a wide variety of clients such as the Peterborough Pete’s hockey team, and with long term care facility residents. Through her extensive knowledge of exercise programs and treatment plans, Michelle will create a custom treatment and provide home care exercises to work towards the results you’re looking for. She looks forward to continuing her education to learn more techniques and modalities in the future.
